January 17, 2025: Leeds, AL 35094 Ramsay Rams (Birmingham, AL) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Leeds Greenwave (Leeds, AL), 49-39 in a league match.
With the victory, Ramsay upgrades its record to 19-7 on the year. The Rams host Meadowcreek (Norcross, GA) to face the Mustangs in a non-league match on Monday, January 20. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 14-5. Meadowcreek lost 71-64 in their recent league match against Norcross (Norcross, GA)
The Greenwave now sport a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Moody for a 5A Area 10 match on Monday, January 20. Leeds will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 65-38 non-league loss to Hewitt-Trussville (Trussville, AL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-13.
