Louisiana High School Basketball - Ruston overwhelms Pineville
January 17, 2025: Ruston, LA 71270 The Ruston Bearcats basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Pineville Rebels to 26 in the Bearcats league triumph on Friday.
The Bearcats now have a 9-4 record. They play next when they host Northwood for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. Ruston will confront a Falcons team coming off a 46-45 league loss to Woodlawn-Shreveport (Shreveport, LA). The Falcons record now stands at 10-17.
With the loss, Pineville falls to 5-17 on the campaign. The Rebels host Basile (Basile, LA) to confront the Bearcats in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. The Bearcats go into the game with a record of 8-21.
