Tennessee High School Basketball - Father Ryan nips Pope John Paul II
January 17, 2025: Hendersonville, TN 37075 In Friday's league contest, the visiting Father Ryan Irish basketball team scored a close 30-23 triumph over the Pope John Paul II Knights.
The Irish (15-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lipscomb Academy (Nashville, TN). The Mustangs go into the Division II-AA Middle contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, Lipscomb Academy nipped Harpeth Hall (Nashville, TN), 54-48, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Knights battle the Harpeth Hall Honeybears (Nashville, TN) in a Division II-AA Middle contest, on Tuesday, January 21. Pope John Paul II will attempt to better on its 9-9 season record.
