Greenfield/Northwestern Tigers (Greenfield, IL) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Metro-East Lutheran Knights (Edwardsville, IL), 48-18 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Greenfield/Northwestern advances its record to 5-11 on the year. The Tigers travel to New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly (New Berlin, IL) to face the Vipers in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. The Vipers enter the match with a record of 15-6. New Berlin/Franklin/Waverly won 62-26 in their recent non-league match against Maryville Christian (Maryville, IL)
