January 17, 2025: Tucumcari, NM 88401 Goddard Rockets (Roswell, NM) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Tucumcari Rattlers (Tucumcari, NM), 55-6 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Goddard advances its record to 6-3 on the year. The Rockets travel to Clovis (Clovis, NM) to face the Wildcats in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 11-2. Clovis won 73-10 in their recent non-league match against Lovington (Lovington, NM)
The Rattlers now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pecos for a non-league match on Thursday, January 23.
