January 17, 2025: Los Angeles, CA 90017 Collins Family Jaguars (Huntington Park, CA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Contreras Cobras (Los Angeles, CA), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Collins Family moves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Jaguars host East College Prep (Los Angeles, CA) to meet the Spartans in a Eastside test on Wednesday, January 22. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 0-4. East College Prep lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Academia Avance (Los Angeles, CA)
The Cobras now sport a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hollywood for a Central test on Wednesday, January 22. Contreras will meet a Sheiks team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Bernstein (Hollywood, CA). The Sheiks record now stands at 3-4.
