January 17, 2025: Lexington, NC 27295 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Union Grove Christian Patriots (Lexington, NC) and the visiting Faith Christian Eagles (Ramseur, NC), observed Union Grove Christian's basketball team knock off Faith Christian by a score of 42-29.
The Patriots (5-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Veritas Christian Academy (Arden, NC). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Veritas Christian Academy was knocked off by Community Christian Academy (Bessemer City, NC), 63-19, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Liberty Christian Patriots (Durham, NC) in a challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Faith Christian will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 0-10 record after their 44-23 non-league loss to Raleigh HomeSchool (Raleigh, NC).
