Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Parkview Baptist Eagles (Baton Rouge, LA) and the visiting Kaplan Pirates (Kaplan, LA), saw Parkview Baptist's soccer squad triumph over Kaplan by a score of 8-0.

The Eagles (11-5) will now prepare for their battle against Belaire (Baton Rouge, LA). The Bengals enter the Division III District 5 battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, Belaire was overwhelmed by University Lab (Baton Rouge, LA), 8-0, in a league battle.
