New York High School Basketball - Scotia-Glenville tops Amsterdam
January 18, 2022: Scotia, NY 12302 Scotia-Glenville Tartans (Scotia, NY) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Amsterdam Rams (Amsterdam, NY), 76-59 in a league bout.
With the victory, Scotia-Glenville upgrades its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Tartans host South Glens Falls (South Glens Falls, NY) to play the Bulldogs in a Section 2 Foothills bout on Friday, January 21. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 0-2. South Glens Falls lost 53-45 in their recent league bout against Queensbury (Queensbury, NY)
Next up, the Rams play the Queensbury Spartans (Queensbury, NY) in a Section 2 Foothills bout, on Friday, January 21. Amsterdam will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Spartans come into the bout with a 6-6 record after their 53-37 league loss to Glens Falls (Glens Falls, NY).
