Heritage Pride (Leesburg, VA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Park View Patriots (Sterling, VA), 65-52 in a league bout.

With the victory, Heritage upgrades its record to 4-12 on the campaign. The Pride travel to Loudoun Valley (Purcellville, VA) to play the Vikings in a Dulles bout on Friday, January 21. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 11-3. Loudoun Valley won 37-34 in their recent league bout against Tuscarora (Leesburg, VA)

Next up, the Patriots play the Trinity at Meadow View (Falls Church, VA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 20. Park View will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The come into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 58-46 league win over Trinity Christian (Fairfax, VA).
