Missouri High School Basketball - Kirkwood crushes McCluer North
January 18, 2022: Kirkwood, MO 63122 Kirkwood Pioneers (Kirkwood, MO) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting McCluer North Stars (Florissant, MO), 71-46 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Kirkwood upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Marquette (Chesterfield, MO) to play the Mustangs in a Suburban - Yellow bout on Friday, January 21. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Marquette lost 44-40 in their recent non-league bout against Parkway Central (Chesterfield, MO)
Next up, the Stars play the Riverview Gardens Rams (St. Louis, MO) in a Suburban - Green bout, on Friday, January 21. McCluer North will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 2-8 record after their 61-60 league win over Hazelwood East (St. Louis, MO).
