The South Fayette Lions topped the visiting Trinity Hillers basketball team by a final score of 52-38 in Tuesday's league game.

In their next game, the Lions face the Aliquippa Quips (Aliquippa, PA) in a non-league game, on Friday, January 21. South Fayette will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Quips enter the game with a 6-4 record after their 66-47 league win over Summit Academy (Herman, PA).

With the defeat, Trinity moves to 3-5 on the year. The Hillers travel to Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA) to face the Colts in a WPIAL 5A 2 game on Thursday, January 20.
