California High School Basketball - Eureka tipped by Ferndale
January 18, 2022: Ferndale, CA 95536 The Ferndale Wildcats basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Eureka Loggers to 46 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hoopa Valley for a Humboldt-Del Norte - Little 5 contest on Wednesday, January 19. Ferndale will meet a Warriors team coming off a 60-43 league loss to St. Bernard's (Eureka, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-8.
The Loggers (13-7) will now prepare for their contest against Del Norte (Crescent City, CA). The Warriors enter the Humboldt-Del Norte - Big 5 contest with a 6-11 record. In their last contest, Del Norte was nudged by McKinleyville (McKinleyville, CA), 46-44, in a league contest.
