The Allegany-Limestone Gators basketball team scored 60 points and held the host Riverside Frontiers to 24 in the Gators non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Gators now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fredonia for a Section 6 Chautauqua/Cattaraugus - I West contest on Friday, January 20. Allegany-Limestone will battle a Hillbillies team coming off a 61-40 league win over Southwestern (Jamestown, NY). The Hillbillies record now stands at 7-4.
The Frontiers (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against Buffalo Academy for Visual & Performing Arts (Buffalo, NY). The Cavaliers enter the Section 6 Buffalo II contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Buffalo Academy for Visual & Performing Arts was routed by Math Science Tech Prep at Seneca (Buffalo, NY), 83-63, in a league contest.
