New York High School Basketball - Pavilion overwhelms Le Roy
January 18, 2023: Pavilion, NY 14525 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Pavilion Golden Gophers (Pavilion, NY) and the visiting Le Roy Oatkan Knights (Le Roy, NY), saw Pavilion's basketball squad wallop Le Roy by a count of 65-41.
With the victory, Pavilion upgrades its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Golden Gophers host Keshequa (Nunda, NY) to play the Indians in a Section 5 Livingston County III challenge on Friday, January 20. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Keshequa won 48-43 in their recent league challenge against Avon (Avon, NY)
Next up, the Oatkan Knights play the Batavia Blue Devils (Batavia, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Le Roy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record.
