The Bladensburg Mustangs basketball team (Bladensburg, MD), was overwhelmed 70-40 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Wise Pumas (Upper Marlboro, MD)

The Pumas now possess a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Parkdale for a Prince George's County 4A battle on Monday, January 22.

The Mustangs (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against High Point (Beltsville, MD). The Eagles come into the Prince George's County 4A battle with a 0-9 record. In their last battle, High Point was overwhelmed by Suitland (Forestville, MD), 69-60, in a non-league battle.
