Pennsylvania High School Basketball - MAST Community Charter holds off Calvary Christian Academy
January 18, 2024: Philadelphia, PA 19116 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the MAST Community Charter Panthers (Philadelphia, PA) and the visiting Calvary Christian Academy Cougars (Philadelphia, PA), saw MAST Community Charter's basketball squad hold off Calvary Christian Academy by a tally of 41-38.
With the victory, MAST Community Charter improves its record to 4-8 on the campaign. The Panthers host Faith Christian Academy (Sellersville, PA) to confront the Lions in a Bicentennial challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 12-3. Faith Christian Academy won 80-47 in their recent league challenge against Valley Forge Military Academy (Wayne, PA)
Next up, the Cougars confront the Philadelphia Academy Charter Chargers (Philadelphia, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 22. Calvary Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 44-37 league win over Parkway West (Philadelphia, PA).
