January 18, 2024: Connellsville, PA 15425 In Thursday's league outing, the Thomas Jefferson Jaguars (Jefferson Hills, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Connellsville Falcons (Connellsville, PA), by a margin of 91-27.
The Jaguars (11-2) will now prepare for their outing against South Allegheny (McKeesport, PA). The Gladiators go into the non-league outing with a 9-4 record. In their last outing, South Allegheny smashed East Allegheny (North Versailles, PA), 79-39, in a league outing.
The Falcons now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they host Indiana for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 23. Connellsville will meet a Little Indians team coming off a 66-29 non-league loss to New Castle (New Castle, PA). The Little Indians record now stands at 6-7.
