January 18, 2024: Eureka, KS 67045 The Eureka Tornadoes basketball team (Eureka, KS), was overwhelmed 65-14 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Holcomb Longhorns (Holcomb, KS)
The Longhorns now possess a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Remington for a non-league battle on Friday, January 19. Holcomb will battle a Broncos team coming off a 49-40 non-league win over Republic County (Belleville, KS). The Broncos record now stands at 7-2.
The Tornadoes (1-8) will now prepare for their battle against Republic County (Belleville, KS). The Buffaloes come into the non-league battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, Republic County was overwhelmed by Remington (Whitewater, KS), 49-40, in a non-league battle.
