The Holy Redeemer Royals (Wilkes-Barre, PA) basketball nipped the host Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans (Nanticoke, PA), 44-43 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Royals (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Hanover Area (Hanover Township, PA). The Hawkeyes go into the Wyoming Valley 2 test with a 1-5 record.
The Trojans now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they host Wyoming Seminary College Prep for a non-league test on Saturday, January 20.
