January 18, 2024: Newburgh, IN 47630 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Castle Knights (Newburgh, IN) and the visiting Vincennes Lincoln Alices (Vincennes, IN), saw Castle's basketball squad overcome Vincennes Lincoln by a tally of 51-43.
With the victory, Castle improves its record to 11-8 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Evansville Bosse (Evansville, IN) to confront the Bulldogs in a Southern Indiana challenge on Monday, January 22. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 2-16. Evansville Bosse lost 61-34 in their recent league challenge against Evansville Harrison (Evansville, IN)
Next up, the Alices confront the North Knox Warriors (Bicknell, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 20. Vincennes Lincoln will attempt to improve on its 8-12 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 20-1 record after their 68-34 non-league win over Sullivan (Sullivan, IN).
