Michigan High School Basketball - Hill-McCloy nudges Genesee Christian
January 18, 2024: Montrose, MI 48457 Hill-McCloy Rams (Montrose, MI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Genesee Christian Soldiers (Burton, MI), 52-48 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Hill-McCloy upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Rams host New Lothrop (New Lothrop, MI) to clash with the Hornets in a Mid-Michigan bout on Friday, January 19. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 6-3. New Lothrop lost 68-39 in their recent non-league bout against Powers Catholic (Flint, MI)
Next up, the Soldiers clash with the Arbor Prep Gators (Ypsilanti, MI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 20. Genesee Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Gators go into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 51-46 non-league win over Lowell (Lowell, MI).
