The Summit Hilltoppers (Summit, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting Johnson Crusaders (Clark, NJ), 32-28 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Hilltoppers (10-3) will now prepare for their test against Hillside (Hillside, NJ). The Comets go into the non-league test with a 3-8 record.

The Crusaders now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they host Rahway for a Union County - Watchung test on Saturday, January 20.
