The Ridgewood Generals basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Newcomerstown Trojans to 32 in the Generals league triumph on Thursday.

The Generals now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tuscarawas Valley for a Inter-Valley contest on Saturday, January 20. Ridgewood will battle a Trojans team coming off a 43-18 non-league win over Dover (Dover, OH). The Trojans record now stands at 11-2.

The Trojans (1-15) will now prepare for their contest against Strasburg-Franklin (Strasburg, OH). The Tigers enter the Inter-Valley contest with a 11-3 record. In their last contest, Strasburg-Franklin triumphed over Claymont (Uhrichsville, OH), 67-29, in a league contest.
