Wisconsin High School Basketball - Southern Door topped by North Fond du Lac
January 18, 2024: North Fond du Lac, WI 54937 The North Fond du Lac Orioles basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Southern Door Eagles to 51 in the Orioles non-league victory on Thursday.
The Orioles now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Laconia for a Flyway contest on Friday, January 26. North Fond du Lac will battle a Spartans team coming off a 60-49 non-league loss to Edgewood (Madison, WI). The Spartans record now stands at 14-2.
The Eagles (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Peshtigo (Peshtigo, WI). The Bulldogs come into the Packerland contest with a 1-15 record. In their last contest, Peshtigo was defeated by Sevastopol (Sturgeon Bay, WI), 50-15, in a league contest.
