The Pleasant Valley Vikings basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Chico Panthers to 37 in the Vikings league triumph on Thursday.

The Vikings now sport a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sheldon for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 20.

The Panthers (15-4) will now prepare for their contest against Yuba City (Yuba City, CA). The Honkers enter the non-league contest with a 8-5 record.
