Florida High School Basketball - Monarch nips Coral Springs
January 18, 2024: Coral Springs, FL 33065 Monarch Knights (Coconut Creek, FL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Coral Springs Colts (Coral Springs, FL), 55-48 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Monarch upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Knights travel to Coral Springs Charter (Coral Springs, FL) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 19. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-8. Coral Springs Charter lost 48-34 in their recent non-league bout against Don Soffer Aventura (Aventura, FL)
Next up, the Colts play the Piper Bengals (Sunrise, FL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Coral Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Bengals go into the bout with a 10-1 record after their 56-43 non-league win over Pompano Beach (Pompano Beach, FL).
