In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Redwood Rangers basketball team scored a close 63-56 win over the Bakersfield Drillers.

The Rangers (13-9) will now prepare for their contest against Clovis East (Clovis, CA). The Timberwolves come into the non-league contest with a 14-6 record. In their last contest, Clovis East edged Clovis (Clovis, CA), 67-48, in a league contest.
