The Radford Bobcats (Radford, VA) basketball toppled the visiting Blacksburg Bruins (Blacksburg, VA), 55-45 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Bobcats now possess a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Floyd County for a Three Rivers bout on Tuesday, January 21.

With the loss, Blacksburg falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Bruins host Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA) to play the Patriots in a River Ridge bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 8-3. Patrick Henry won 56-50 in their recent league bout against Pulaski County (Dublin, VA)
