With the victory, Cascade advances its record to 11-1 on the year. The Cougars host Northeast (Goose Lake, IA) to meet the Rebels in a River Valley battle on Tuesday, January 21. The Rebels enter the battle with a record of 10-2. Northeast won 87-36 in their recent league battle against Camanche (Camanche, IA)
The Indians now own a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodstock North for a Kishwaukee River battle on Wednesday, January 22. Sandwich will meet a Thunder squad coming off a 47-37 non-league loss to Lakes (Lake Villa, IL). The Thunder record now stands at 2-12.
