Oklahoma High School Basketball - Dewar overwhelms Midway
January 18, 2025: Dewar, OK 74431 The Dewar Dragons basketball team scored 64 points and limited the visiting Midway Chargers to 16 in the Dragons league triumph on Saturday.
The Dragons now possess a 9-1 record. They play next when they travel to Schulter for a Crossroads game on Tuesday, January 21. Dewar will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 48-39 non-league loss to Bowlegs (Bowlegs, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-5.
With the loss, Midway falls to 3-9 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Porum (Porum, OK) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 6-3. Porum won 52-32 in their recent non-league game against McCurtain (McCurtain, OK)
