Illinois High School Basketball - Rockridge bested by East Peoria
January 18, 2025: East Peoria, IL 61611 East Peoria Raiders (East Peoria, IL) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Rockridge Rockets (Taylor Ridge, IL), 60-45 in a non-league match.
With the victory, East Peoria advances its record to 14-4 on the year. The Raiders host Batavia (Batavia, IL) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Monday, January 20. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 6-9. Batavia lost 46-42 in their recent league match against Glenbard North (Carol Stream, IL)
The Rockets now own a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morgan Park for a non-league match on Monday, January 20. Rockridge will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 50-32 non-league loss to East Moline United (East Moline, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-9.
