In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Glenelg Country Dragons basketball team scored a good 53-41 triumph over the Trinity Shamrocks.

The Dragons (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Loyola Blakefield (Towson, MD). The Dons go into the non-league contest with a 12-11 record. In their last contest, Loyola Blakefield was topped by Bethel Academy (Manassas, VA), 73-54, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Shamrocks battle the Bishop McDevitt Crusaders (Harrisburg, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Capital contest, on Wednesday, January 22. Trinity will attempt to better on its 12-4 season record. The Crusaders go into the contest with a 8-5 record after their 65-49 league win over Camp Hill (Camp Hill, PA).
