January 18, 2025: Paulding, OH 45879 The Paulding Panthers (Paulding, OH) basketball edged the visiting Jefferson Wildcats (Delphos, OH), 54-53 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Edgerton for a Green Meadows bout on Friday, January 24. Paulding will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 45-42 non-league loss to Montpelier (Montpelier, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-6.
With the loss, Jefferson falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Crestview (Convoy, OH) to play the Knights in a Northwest bout on Friday, January 24. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 12-3. Crestview won 67-37 in their recent non-league bout against Fort Recovery (Fort Recovery, OH)
