The Oakwood Academy Mustangs basketball squad (Huntsville, AL), was nudged 62-61 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Lutheran North Crusaders (St. Louis, MO)

With the victory, Lutheran North advances its record to 5-2 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Clayton (St. Louis, MO) to meet the Greyhounds in a non-league battle on Monday, January 20. The Greyhounds enter the battle with a record of 8-3. Clayton lost 83-62 in their recent non-league battle against Vianney (Kirkwood, MO)

The Mustangs now own a 17-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ider for a 1A Area 16 battle on Thursday, January 23.
