With the victory, Rush Springs upgrades its record to 6-7 on the year. The Redskins host Verden (Verden, OK) to face the Tigers in a Grady County match on Monday, January 20. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 8-5. Verden lost 69-59 in their recent league match against Ninnekah (Ninnekah, OK)
The Eagles now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Velma-Alma for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. Waurika will face a Comets squad coming off a 72-19 non-league win over Geronimo (Geronimo, OK). The Comets record now stands at 16-1.
