Pennsylvania High School Basketball - St. Frances Academy thwarts Westtown
January 18, 2025: West Chester, PA 19382 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the St. Frances Academy Panthers (Baltimore, MD) and the host Westtown (West Chester, PA), observed St. Frances Academy's basketball team knock off Westtown by a score of 66-52.
The Panthers (16-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Legacy School of Sport Sciences (Spring, TX). The Titans come into the non-league challenge with a 14-5 record. In their last challenge, Legacy School of Sport Sciences prevailed over Jackson-Reed (Washington, DC), 58-52, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the encounter the George School Cougars (Newtown, PA) in a Friends Schools challenge, on Friday, January 24. Westtown will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record.
