Alaska High School Basketball - Colony overwhelms South Anchorage
January 18, 2025: Palmer, AK 99645 The Colony Knights basketball team scored 69 points and limited the visiting South Anchorage Wolverines to 24 in the Knights non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Knights now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Grace Christian for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. Colony will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 67-23 league win over Homer (Homer, AK). The Grizzlies record now stands at 8-1.
With the loss, South Anchorage falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Chugiak (Chugiak, AK) to confront the Mustangs in a 4A Cook Inlet game on Friday, January 24. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 3-3. Chugiak lost 47-40 in their recent league game against Service (Anchorage, AK)
