Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Franklin thwarts Greenville
January 18, 2025: Franklin, PA 16323 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Franklin Knights (Franklin, PA) and the visiting Greenville Trojans (Greenville, PA), observed Franklin's basketball team knock off Greenville by a score of 41-27.
The Knights (9-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Titusville (Titusville, PA). The Rockets come into the District 10 Region 5 challenge with a 1-7 record.
In their next game, the Trojans encounter the Laurel Spartans (New Castle, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Greenville will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 54-27 non-league loss to Union Area (New Castle, PA).
