January 18, 2025: Maize, KS 67101 The Sunrise Christian Academy Buffaloes (Bel Aire, KS) basketball crushed the host Maize Eagles (Maize, KS), 50-11 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Buffaloes now possess a 12-1 record. They play next when they host Flint Hills Christian for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 21. Sunrise Christian Academy will play a Warriors team coming off a 55-41 non-league loss to Reno County HomeSchool (Hutchinson, KS). The Warriors record now stands at 1-6.
With the loss, Maize falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Andover Central (Andover, KS) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Andover Central won 60-15 in their recent non-league bout against Haysville Campus (Wichita, KS)
