The Spring Creek Spartans basketball team scored 64 points and limited the host Hug Hawks to 32 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Spartans now have a 16-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lowry for a non-league game on Friday, January 24. Spring Creek will confront a Buckaroos team coming off a 63-43 non-league loss to Fernley (Fernley, NV). The Buckaroos record now stands at 2-14.

With the loss, Hug falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Hawks host North Valleys (Reno, NV) to confront the Panthers in a game on Wednesday, January 22. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 7-9. North Valleys won 57-51 in their recent league game against Wooster (Reno, NV)
