Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Screven County Gamecocks (Sylvania, GA) and the host Savannah Classical Academy Spartans (Savannah, GA), saw Screven County's basketball squad wallop Savannah Classical Academy by a tally of 65-43.

With the victory, Screven County improves its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Gamecocks host Metter (Metter, GA) to confront the Tigers in a A Public Region 3 challenge on Friday, January 21. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 6-6. Metter won 85-78 in their recent league challenge against Portal (Portal, GA)
