Washington High School Basketball - Highline tops Lindbergh
January 19, 2022: Renton, WA 98058 Highline Pirates (Burien, WA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Lindbergh Eagles (Renton, WA), 46-38 in a league bout.
With the victory, Highline upgrades its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Renton (Renton, WA) to play the RedHawks in a 2A KingCo bout on Saturday, January 22. The RedHawks come into the bout with a record of 3-2. Renton won 51-42 in their recent league bout against Sammamish (Bellevue, WA)
Next up, the Eagles play the Juanita Ravens (Kirkland, WA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 22. Lindbergh will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Ravens come into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 43-38 league win over Mercer Island (Mercer Island, WA).
