Kansas High School Basketball - Blue Valley North tops Ozark
January 19, 2023: Overland Park, KS 66209 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Blue Valley North Mustangs (Overland Park, KS) and the visiting Ozark Tigers (Ozark, MO), saw Blue Valley North's basketball squad knock off Ozark by a count of 73-57.
With the victory, Blue Valley North upgrades its record to 10-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Shawnee Mission West (Shawnee Mission, KS) to play the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 20. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 4-5. Shawnee Mission West won 94-57 in their recent non-league challenge against Kansas City Christian School (Prairie Village, KS)
Next up, the Tigers play the Glendale Falcons (Springfield, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 27. Ozark will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 12-5 record after their 66-65 non-league loss to Mill Valley (Shawnee, KS).
