Faith Christian Academy Lions (Sellersville, PA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting MAST Community Charter Panthers (Philadelphia, PA), 48-40 in a league bout.

With the victory, Faith Christian Academy upgrades its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Lions host Renaissance Academy (Phoenixville, PA) to play the Knights in a Bicentennial - Independence bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 6-9. Renaissance Academy lost 34-32 in their recent league bout against Jenkintown (Jenkintown, PA)

Next up, the Panthers play the MAST Charter II Voyagers (Philadelphia, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 20. MAST Community Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 11-5 season record.
