The South Guilford HomeSchool Cougars basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting South Charlotte Thunder Thunder to 33 in the Cougars league triumph on Thursday.

The Cougars now sport a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Surry HomeSchool for a North Carolina Home Education - West contest on Tuesday, February 7.

The Thunder (1-19) will now prepare for their contest against Surry HomeSchool (Mount Airy, NC). The Runnin' Patriots enter the North Carolina Home Education - West contest with a 15-6 record.
