Methacton Warriors (Norristown, PA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Upper Merion Area Vikings (King of Prussia, PA), 62-16 in a league bout.

With the victory, Methacton upgrades its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Warriors host North Penn (Lansdale, PA) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Vikings play the Phoenixville Phantoms (Phoenixville, PA) in a bout, on Thursday, January 26. Upper Merion Area will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
