The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Independence Knights (Frisco, TX) and the visiting Caprock Longhorns (Amarillo, TX), saw Independence's soccer squad get by Caprock by a count of 2-1.

The Knights now hold a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Amarillo for a non-league test on Friday, January 20. Independence will meet a Sandies squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Liberty (Frisco, TX). The Sandies record now stands at 1-5.
