January 19, 2024: Brenham, TX 77833 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the A&M Consolidated Tigers (College Station, TX) and the host Brenham Cubs (Brenham, TX), saw A&M Consolidated's basketball squad knock off Brenham by a count of 78-68.
With the victory, A&M Consolidated upgrades its record to 13-11 on the campaign. The Tigers host Magnolia (Magnolia, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a 5A Region III District 21 challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 12-14. Magnolia lost 41-37 in their recent league challenge against College Station (College Station, TX)
Next up, the Cubs play the Rudder Rangers (Bryan, TX) in a 5A Region III District 21 challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Brenham will attempt to upgrade on its 20-6 season record. The Rangers come into the challenge with a 13-13 record after their 77-59 league win over Magnolia West (Magnolia, TX).
