The Clovis East Timberwolves basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the host Central Grizzlies to 43 in the Timberwolves league victory on Friday.

The Timberwolves now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Selma for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 20. Clovis East will battle a Bears team coming off a 78-51 league win over Kerman (Kerman, CA). The Bears record now stands at 14-7.

The Grizzlies (10-10) will now prepare for their contest against Fresno Christian (Fresno, CA). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 15-5 record. In their last contest, Fresno Christian triumphed over Yosemite (Oakhurst, CA), 76-33, in a league contest.
